Requirements:National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field Minimum 4 years experience in retail sales, with proven management experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent MS Office proficiency and knowledge of retail operating systems Strong financial understanding, including budgeting and cost control Experience in stock management and reconciliations Comfortable working in a performance-driven and target-based environment
