Administrative Assistant (90% Remote)
Location: North Coast (Office based near the airport)
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily remote (90%), with occasional office-based requirements at our North Coast office near the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Expense tracking and reconciliation Payroll processing Accommodation bookings and coordination Fleet management and vehicle administration General administrative support to management Maintaining accurate records and reportsMinimum Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred) Working experience on Sage (payroll and/or accounting modules) Excellent organisational and time management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong communication skillsAdvantageous:
