Ons is op soek na 'n energieke ICT Support Engineer om kliënte in die Pretoria- en Johannesburg-omgewing by te staan. Die ideale kandidaat is 'n selfgedrewe probleemoplosser wat passievol is oor tegniese uitnemendheid en kliëntediens.
Sleutel Verantwoordelikhede

Tegniese Ondersteuning: Hantering en tydige afhandeling van hulptoonbank-kaartjies (Remote & On-site).

Hardeware & Sagteware: Foutsporing, herstel en diens van rekenaars, bedieners, skootrekenaars en randtoerusting.

Netwerke: Konfigurasie van roeteerders, skakelaars, toegangspunte (APs) en die installering van netwerkkabels (CAT6) waar nodig.

Kliëntediens: Ontleding van werksopdragte, beplanning van reisplanne en die oplossing van kliënteklagtes op perseel.

Instandhouding: Bestuur van installasies, herstelwerk en instandhouding van infrastruktuur, insluitend multifunksionele fotostaatmasjiene.
Kritiese Vereistes

Taalvaardigheid: Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels (Lees, Praat en Skryf).

Kwalifikasies: Graad 12 en 'n minimum van 3 jaar ondervinding as IT-tegnikus.

Logistiek: Geldige Kode 08-bestuurslisensie en eie betroubare vervoer.

VACANCY: ICT Support Engineer

We are seeking an energetic ICT Support Engineer to assist clients in the Pretoria and Johannesburg areas. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver passionate about technical excellence and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Attending to and closing Help Desk tickets in a timely manner (Remote & On-site).

Hardware & Software: Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service personal computers, servers, notebooks, and related technical equipment.
-
Networking: Configuring routers, switches, Access Points (APs), and installing network cabling (CAT6) when required.
-
Customer Service: Analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedules, and resolving customer complaints on-site.
-
Maintenance: Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks, including multifunctional copiers.
Critical Requirements

Language: Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Read, Speak, and Write).

Qualifications: Grade 12 and a minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Technician.

Logistics: Valid Code 08 Driver’s license and reliable transport.

Skills: Ability to perform under pressure.
