The Opportunity:
A vibrant, purpose-driven business is looking for a Head of Finance to take full ownership of the finance function from top to bottom. This is a senior, hands-on role where youll partner closely with the executive team, offering sharp commercial insight while keeping strong financial discipline firmly in place.

Youll be trusted to run the day-to-day finance function while also thinking big-picture about where the business is going next. Expect autonomy, influence, and plenty of space to put your stamp on things.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the financial strategy to support growth and big business goals
• Keeping a close eye on costs, margins, and performance drivers
• Managing cash flow, capital, and assets with confidence
• Making sure that the business is always audit-ready and well-governed
• Overseeing the full finance function, end to end
• Spotting and managing financial and operational risks before they become problems
• Working side by side with leadership on strategy, planning, and key decisions
• Owning revenue planning and growth forecasts
  What You Bring:
  
• BCom in Accounting or Finance, plus CA(SA) qualification

5+ years experience in an accounting environment 2+ years in a Financial Manager or senior finance leadership role A hands-on, commercially savvy leadership style The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Systems Exposure:
Strong Microsoft Office skills Xero experience (essential) Exposure to SimplePay, Cin7, and Shopify is a big plus
