This is a senior, hands-on role where youll work closely with the executive team, providing commercial insight while ensuring strong financial discipline. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial strategy and support business growth initiatives Drive cost control, margin improvement, and financial analysis Manage capital, assets, and cash flow Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and strong financial governance Oversee the day-to-day full finance function operations Identify and manage financial and operational risks Partner with leadership on strategic decision-making and planning Revenue and growth forecasting
What You Bring:
BCom in Accounting or Finance & CA(SA) qualification 5+ years experience in an accounting environment 2+ years experience in a Financial Manager or senior finance role A hands-on, commercially minded leadership style The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, energetic environment
Systems Exposure:
Strong Microsoft Office skills Xero experience (essential) Exposure to SimplePay, Cin7, and Shopify is a big plus
