Description:
- A relevant Project Management / Trade-related qualification
- 5-10 years experience in a Project Management role as well as mechanical and electrical knowledge of machines and tools
- Excellent understanding in HVAC systems, the various components, their functions and proactively seek out knowledge
- Own reliable vehicle and Drivers License
- Be dynamic and able to manage a project on site
- Manage the BOQ and ordering of relevant materials
- Take responsibility for Claim submissions
- Take care of variation order quotes and approvals
- Project plan with date of works and completion deadlines
- Manage all site meetings and site instructions
- Book teams and have strict control of labour on jobs
- Manage and understand any contra chargers
- Understanding of building contracts
- Be able to read and measure on plans
- Be able to measure on site
- Liaise with engineers and builders
- Have responsibility of completed job scope and have as built plans aligned
- Compile and submit O&M manual
- Have excellent communication and attention to detailed planning
