Construction Manager – Cape Town
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Cape Town.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractors effectively
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects on-site
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety compliance
- Report on project progress to senior management
