Key Requirements: Agricultural qualification with proven experience in fruit production, post-harvest management, or agricultural operations. Prior experience in planning, budgeting, and monitoring operational performance essential. Valid drivers license required. Willing to travel.Additional Requirements: Strong people management, communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
