Minimum requirements:Matric Tertiary qualification in Agriculture would be advantageous 3 years of practical technical farming experience within citrus and greenhouse crops would be highly beneficial Computer Literate Fluent in Afrikaans and English Valid drivers licence Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee pest control and fertilisation programmes Manage and monitor irrigation scheduling Ensure high planting quality in citrus and greenhouse production Coordinate cultivar trials and planting programmes Procure and manage fertilisers and pest control products Supervise and train technical staff Ensure compliance with audits (Global GAP, Farming for the Future, DAFF and Siza) Develop and implement standard operating procedures Maintain production records and technical reports Consultant: Antone Swart - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
