Minimum 5+ years in IT Administration / Network Administration
Strong handsâ??on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols
Experience with firewalls, switches, wireless technologies
Microsoft Active Directory & Office 365
Windows Server (2019/2022), Windows 10/11
Hyperâ??V virtualisation
VPNs (siteâ??toâ??site & client)
Mikrotik RouterOS
Experience with backups, recovery, business continuity, server optimisation
Ability to troubleshoot advanced network & server issues
Strong communication, problemâ??solving, and customer service mindset
