We’re seeking a dynamic leader to drive quality, cost-efficient, and timely procurement while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance. In this role, you’ll:
• Lead national tender and contract management processes.
• Negotiate, draft, and execute contracts that deliver real business value.
• Develop frameworks, policies, and systems for supply chain excellence.
• Train, mentor, and empower staff to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with PFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE, and treasury regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor on procurement, legal, and risk matters.
Minimum Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Law, Business, Logistics, or related field (NQF Level 6).
• 8 years’ experience in contract/tender management, with 5 years at managerial level.
• Strong knowledge of public sector contracts, ERP systems, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
• Advanced computer literacy and attention to detail.
