Full accountability for daily store operations and overall profitability Lead, manage, coach, and discipline staff to ensure performance standards are met Implement and maintain loss prevention controls and shrinkage reduction strategies Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels Oversee inventory management, deliveries, and operational KPIs Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Requirements:
Minimum 5 years retail management experience, preferably within hardware or building materials Proven loss prevention experience with measurable results (experience examples required) Strong product knowledge of hardware, tools, paints, and building supplies Demonstrated experience managing and leading diverse teams Strong operational and execution skills with a hands-on management approach Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management systems Ability to work with metrics and operational reporting Valid drivers licence Clear criminal record Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
