Key Responsibilities:Manage the overall operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and productivity Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interaction and service excellence Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer and operational requirements Oversee the receiving of goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures Manage the dispatch of orders to ensure timely and correct delivery Oversee cutting adjustments of timber products in line with customer specifications Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately 15 staff members Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational standards Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role Valid South African drivers licence and own reliable vehicle Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) Ability to communicate in isiZulu is an advantage Key Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and operational discipline Customer-focused with good communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
