Minimum requirements:Matric (Grade 12) essential Minimum 35 years experience in a production supervisory role within a plastics manufacturing environment Technical qualification in plastics manufacturing or production management advantageous Hands-on experience working with injection moulding machines is essential Strong understanding of mould changes, machine settings, and troubleshooting Knowledge of production planning and quality control processes Good leadership and people management skills Ability to work shifts and in a high-pressure manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
