A dynamic meat real company is seeking a customer-focused Retail Front-End Supervisor with experience in meat retail environments, overseeing cashiers, front shop operations, and customer service standards. Responsible for ensuring smooth daily front-end operations, accurate cash handling, queue management, and alignment with hygiene, security, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities Front-End Operations
Supervise daily front shop activities including cashiers and service counters
Manage staff rosters, breaks, and shift coverage
Ensure efficient queue flow and customer service during peak trading hours
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and refunds professionally
Cash & Till Control
Oversee cash-up procedures, float control, and till reconciliations
Investigate cash shortages, overages, and variances
Ensure adherence to cash handling and security procedures
Prepare daily cash and front-end reports
Customer Service & Sales Support
Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction
Support promotions, pricing accuracy, and in-store specials
Assist with upselling and cross-selling meat products and specials
Ensure correct product signage and pricing compliance
Compliance & Store Standards
Enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards at front-of-house
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of service areas
