Web Dev / IT Intern – East London – Success-Based Stipend

Description:

Small, growing digital team / startup project in East London is looking for a motivated IT / Web Development intern to join us.

You’ll be working on:

• Building and updating real websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript + frameworks like React, Vue or WordPress)
• Front-end development + light back-end tasks
• Helping with digital marketing basics (social media posts, Google Analytics, basic SEO, email setup)
• Using modern workflows (Git, Figma → code, AI coding tools, quick deployments)
• Contributing to actual client / product projects from start to launch

  Ideal if you:

  • Have already built at least 1–5 websites or web projects (personal, freelance, uni assignments, even unfinished ones count)
  • Are confident with HTML + CSS and have used JavaScript
  • Enjoy both coding and the marketing / growth side of online projects
  • Want hands-on experience instead of just theory
  • Live in or around East London, Mdantsane, Gonubie, Beacon Bay, King William’s Town area (or willing to commute)
  • Can work independently and ask smart questions when stuck
