Our client (a major player in the automotive game) is on the lookout for a dynamic Regional After Sales Manager – someone who knows their way around service excellence, dealer development, and turning customer satisfaction into a science.
This is no ordinary management role – it’s about owning your region, making real impact, and driving After Sales performance to the max. You’ll consult, support, coach, troubleshoot, and inspire a network of top-tier dealerships.
What’s under your hood (aka responsibilities):
Deliver hands-on after-sales consulting to boost dealer performance and profitability
Help dealers hit the sweet spot: service quality, parts performance, and customer delight
Track KPIs like a pro – think CEM, DSI, SCP, and more alphabet soup of excellence
Craft business plans with dealers and rev up market share
Ensure every dealer is firing on all cylinders – from systems to training to compliance
Keep a finger on the pulse of the SA motor industry – trends, competitors, and opportunities
Champion genuine parts and VWGA After Sales programmes (we’re talking high-quality only)
Act as the go-to person between the Dealer Network and the mothership
Jump into cross-functional projects, handle escalations like a boss, and help hire top talent where needed
Your toolkit should include:
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or similar
5+ years in the Motor Industry (Sales / After Sales / Parts)
