Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet customer deadlines. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless workflow. Monitor capacity, resource availability, and lead times to prevent bottlenecks. Track work-in-progress and adjust schedules proactively based on operational constraints. Generate production reports and performance metrics for management review. Ensure material availability by collaborating closely with supply chain teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.ð?? ï¸ What Youll Bring
3+ years experience in production planningpreferably in heavy engineering, manufacturing or industrial manufacturing. Strong understanding of production processes, BOMs, routings, and MRP/ERP systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions. Exceptional communication skills, able to align multiple teams around changing priorities.
