Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage production schedules and shop-floor capacity
Oversee welding, machining, and boilermaking operations
Control costs, quality, resources, and delivery timelines
Manage WPS, PQR, WPQ, weld maps, and welding software
Ensure compliance with ASME III, VIII, IX, ISO 9001 & ISO 3834 standards
Lead safety, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage equipment maintenance, logistics, and subcontracted work
Lead, coach, and develop production staff
Provide monthly reporting to senior management
Minimum Requirements:
Degree Bachelors in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Industrial Engineering
5 to 7 years experience in fabrication/manufacturing
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management role
Strong ASME nuclear and welding code experience
Proven leadership in high-pressure production environments
