About the Role
We’re hiring a driven Sales Representative focused on client onboarding. This is an inbound/warm-lead role where you’ll qualify enquiries, guide prospects through our service offering, close sign-ups, and hand over to our service team once a client is confirmed.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries (website, LinkedIn, referrals, campaigns)

Conduct discovery calls and assess client needs

Present our service options clearly and professionally

Convert qualified leads into paying clients

Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates

Ensure smooth handovers to the service department
Requirements

Proven sales experience

Strong communication, objection handling, and closing skills

Professional phone manner and confidence on calls

Target-driven with consistent follow-up habits

Comfortable managing a pipeline and working independently

Proficient with email, CRM tools, and Google Workspace/MS Office (Zoom/Meet/WhatsApp)
