Description:
As a General Worker, you will play an integral part in bolstering our warehouse operations by engaging in tasks like receiving and dispatching shipments, as well as conducting essential quality checks on our products. Key Responsibilities :
Material Handling
Load and unload trucks, move items within the warehouse, and ensure
proper storage of goods.
Inventory Management
Assist with stocktaking, organize items, and maintain a tidy warehouse
environment.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Perform general cleaning duties, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and
organized workspace.
General
Packing, and other duties as assigned by management.
Follow Safety Procedures
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines related to handling materials,
operate equipment, and maintain a safe work environment.
Essential Requirements :
· Grade 12
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve manual labour.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
· Basic organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
· Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory & recording information.
