The business operates across distribution and trading, providing essential products and solutions to a broad client base. As the Finance leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function with commercial accountability
- Drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support operational and strategic objectives
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance and maintain robust internal controls
- Partner with operational teams across distribution, trading, or manufacturing function Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified CA(SA) with 5 - 6 years post-articles experience, ideally with the majority in a Financial Controller role
- Commercial experience within distribution, trading, logistics, or manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, able to translate numbers into business insight
- Confident, decisive, and able to influence at all levels of the business
