SALES ADMINISTRATOR – PPE INDUSTRY
Location: Pretoria East
Salary: R 13 000 – R 16 000

Sales Administration
Process sales orders accurately and timeously
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes
Capture and manage orders on the internal system
Maintain accurate customer and pricing records
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and backorders
PPE-Specific Duties
Sound knowledge of PPE products (safety footwear, gloves, masks, helmets, workwear, etc.)
Advise customers on appropriate PPE products in line with safety standards
Ensure correct product specifications, sizing, and compliance requirements
Liaise with suppliers regarding PPE availability, lead times, and certifications
Customer & Sales Support
Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal sales representatives
Handle customer queries, order amendments, and returns professionally
Support sales representatives with reports, pricing, and customer information
Build and maintain strong client relationships
General Administration
Compile sales reports and assist with forecasting
Assist with tender documentation and customer contracts where required
Maintain filing systems and sales documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements
Matric (essential)
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Sales Administrator, within the PPE / safety equipment industry
Understanding of sales processes and order-to-delivery cycles
