Operational Support: Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Customer Relations: Greet walk-ins, handle incoming calls, and resolve client inquiries with professionalism and a smile.
Financial Admin: Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and tracking branch expenses.
Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage local calendars, and help organize branch events or meetings.
Compliance: Ensure all branch documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For
