Maintenance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Lead facility maintenance team and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently Develop and manage maintenance schedules Plan and oversee facility improvement projects Manage maintenance budgets and implement proactive preventative maintenance strategy Conduct regular inspections and repairs for electrical and mechanical systems Oversee repairs, installations, and digital maintenance system Comply with corporate policies and ensure safety regulationsQualifications and Experience: 2+ years experience in maintenance management and planning 1+ year hands-on experience in maintenance or related trade Relevant qualification in maintenance planning or mechanical/electrical field Packhouse/warehouse experience advantageous Between 30 & 35 years old
Skills Required: Ability to lead a maintenance team Knowledge of conveyors, PLC's, and Boilers Fluent in Afrikaans & English Proficient in CMMS, data analysis, and maintenance KPIsCommunication will be limited to short listed candidates only.
