Description:
FibreUP is seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Administrator to join our dynamic team in Gauteng (Midrand). As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide administrative support to our projects and office operations.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
· Providing administrative support to project teams, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
· Managing and maintain project files, databases, and records
· Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
· Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
· Performing general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
· Maintaining office supplies and inventory
· Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
· Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related field
· 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
