Responsibilities:Safaris dailyConducting Walking Safaris if the guide is a qualified trails guide.Assistance around the lodge and in other departments when required.Bush clearing and field maintenance when required.Hosting meals and guest enhancement and experience.Vehicle maintenance and upkeep.Receiving our guests at the reserve gates.Monthly stock takes, monthly field guide report and recording wild life sightings.

      • Valid RSA Driver’s License and PDP
      • Minimum NQF 4. Back up and Lead trails will be considered an advantage.
      • NDT Registration (Limpopo)
      • Valid First Aid with Wilderness component
      • 3 Years' Experience as a Field Guide in a Big 5 Game Reserve
      • At least 3 references
      • Paid up FGASA member

      • Well Groomed and Presentable
      • Excellent guest interaction
      • Ability to take initiative and work in a team
      • Enthusiastic, positive mind set and eager to keep learning and teaching others.
      Package:

      7 days off 21 days on, with 21 annual leave days after one years’ service.
      5% Provident – does not form part of CTC package (compulsory membership).
