Description:
Minimum Requirements:- NQF Level 5 qualification in Administration or a related field
- Strong administrative and financial support experience
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing Purchase Orders (PO) numbers and order numbers
- Capturing, tracking, and reconciling financial documentation
- Assisting with invoicing and general finance administration
Required Qualities and Skills:
Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Professional, reliable, and deadline-drive
