Description:

Minimum Requirements:
  • NQF Level 5 qualification in Administration or a related field
  • Strong administrative and financial support experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
    Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Processing and managing Purchase Orders (PO) numbers and order numbers
    • Capturing, tracking, and reconciling financial documentation
  • Assisting with invoicing and general finance administration
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems Liaising with suppliers, internal departments, and management Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Providing general administrative support to the finance team
Required Qualities and Skills:
Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Professional, reliable, and deadline-drive
