Description:

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to be based in-office at our Durban (Westville) location. The successful candidate will have proven HR business partnering experience within a high-volume call centre environment, preferably within the insurance sector, and will play a key role in supporting operational performance through effective people practices.

              • The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to:

                • Partnering with operational and business leadership to align HR initiatives with organisational objectives
                • Providing end-to-end HR support including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
                • Advising line management on labour legislation, HR policies, and best practice people management
                • Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives
                • Assisting with organisational development, workforce planning, and change management interventions
                • Monitoring HR trends, analysing people metrics, and providing actionable recommendations to management
                • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
                • Ensuring effective HR administration and compliance in line with statutory requirements
                • Assisting with payroll-related processes, including HR-to-payroll inputs, employee data maintenance, and support with payroll queries (experience advantageous)
