The Job entails Leading a production team, Organising the workplace, Planning and Controlling the Resources
The incumbent shall meet the following minimum criteria
At least 10 years’ team leading experience or equivalent
People management skills
Demonstrated ability to be organized
Must live in the Northern Suburbs
Computer Literate
Available for work Monday to Friday
The key job performance areas are:
1. Adhere to systems and procedures
2. Motivate and discipline staff
3. Reduction of production cost
4. Report on performance
5. Establish roles and responsibilities in production
6. Inventory control
Salary R12000 basic Plus monthly profit share
