Job Title: Team Leader: Production Our Client wants to hire a Team Leader for their Production line in Bellville. Mid career level with 4-6 years of experience required.

Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)

Duties and Responsibilities

• • Plan, lead, organize, monitor, and motivate the Production Team
    • • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and Health and Safety standards
        • • Accurate administration of Manufacturing Orders

            Requirements:

            • • Strong leadership, delegation, and team motivation skills
                • • Knowledge of production processes, ERP systems, SOPs, GMP, and health/safety standards
                    • • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesGrade 12 or equivalent
                        
                        • • 1-3 years experience as team lead in Production (Cosmetics, Food, or Pharma) using ERP
                            • • Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
