Description:
Duties and Responsibilities- Assess vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair methods
- Repair or replace damaged body panels and structural components
- Carry out welding, pulling, straightening, and alignment tasks
- Use professional repair tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work closely with spray painters and other workshop staff to complete repair workflows
- Inspect completed repairs and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Automotive Damage Repair Technician
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle structures and repair processes
- Skilled in welding, metalwork, and panel replacement
- Ability to interpret repair instructions and work independently
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety
- Relevant trade certifications are advantageous
- Afrikaans proficiency is required
