Job details:
- Train and evaluate Code 14 drivers, on the road, in the classroom, and through coaching
- Lead accident remedial training and performance re-checks
- Support recruitment by assessing driver capability and onboarding new talent
- Design and deliver structured training schedules
- Provide continuous feedback to management on performance and training outcomes
Requirements:
- A valid Code 14 licence with PrDP and years of real-world road experience
- Certified as a Trainer, Assessor, Facilitator, or Moderator
- 4+ years in a training or learning & development role
- Confidence with computers and Microsoft Office (LMS experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills fluent in English; Afrikaans is a plus
