Description:
Opportunity for a Recruitment team leader. The role involves leading, coaching and supervising a team of Recruitment Consultants in a well established business.
This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic business development initiatives.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team to meet placement and revenue targets.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Business Development Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand clients customer base and achieve short- and long-term revenue objectives.
Monitor key metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, average deal size) and adjust tactics to maintain strong sales performance.
Pipeline Management
Establish and maintain a rigorous pipeline management process, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting
Reporting & Analytics
Track and analyse revenue performance, presenting insights and recommendations to EXCO
Use data to drive decision-making, setting realistic goals, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience: Degree or Diploma and 5+ years of experience in Recruitment or B2B sales leadership roles
CRM or Accounting package expertise
