Opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager
Duties:
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team
- Develop strategic sales plans and initiatives
- Oversee the Sales Admnistrator and Internal Sales Team
- Recruit, train,and lead the Sales and Account Executives to meet sales targets
- Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor key metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, average deal size) and adjust tactics to maintain strong sales performance
- Provide accurate forecasts
- Assist the team in closing deals, especially high-value deals, leveraging your strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Work closely with Account Executives to refine their closing techniques and improve their success rates.
- Partner with Marketing to align on demand generation campaigns, lead quality, and sales enablement materials. Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of new customers.
- Track and analyze sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team
Experience:
- Knowledge and good understanding of the Education & Training space would be beneficial
