Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and identifying new business opportunities.
- Microsoft Solutions Expertise: Leverage your experience selling Microsoft products and solutions to identify opportunities and drive adoption among enterprise clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business unit managers to ensure proposals and solutions align with client requirements.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contract and pricing negotiations.
- Sales Collateral Development: Collaborate with marketing and other teams to create impactful sales materials, case studies, and presentations.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the management team. Requirements:
- Proven experience selling Microsoft products and related software solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of the software services industry, including development methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
