Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Experience Specialist | Customer Care Consultant within the E-commerce | Online Retail | Consumer Health or FMCG Industry Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Customer Service | Communications | Marketing | Business Administration will be beneficial Proficient in CRM systems | Email Support Platforms | Online Order Management Systems Strong knowledge of handling Customer Complaints | Online Feedback Management | Order Resolution and Post-Purchase Support Valid Drivers License and own Transport required Contactable references and recent payslips requiredSalary Structure:
