Key Responsibilities:identify new business opportunities
Contact leads
Convert leads sales
Playing a critical part in achieving overall revenue targets
Proactively identify and contact potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
Provide accurate product information, and technical advice where applicable.
Support Sales & Key Account Manager with leads.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of outbound calls/emails made.
Revenue generated from internal sales.
Lead conversion rate
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in a sales or telesales role.
Matric or relevant experience and qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
