Description:
A well established company in the East requires an Internal Sales Representative:
DUTIES:
- Achieve set monthly turnover and margin budgets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular telephonic contact
- Source new customers
- Accurate order processing.
- Liaise and assist with technical info/alternatives if no stock available and expected delivery of orders.
- Manage customer expectations.
- Assist with and resolve customer complaints.
- Regular back-order management.
- Active use of and update of CRM platform .

- In depth product knowledge relevant to the product range Previous experience in a call center / telesales environment/retail store/wholesaler in the automotive sector
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Matric and/or Diploma specializing in Sales/Customer Services Management
- Minimum 5 years Sales/Customer Service experience in the automotive motor vehicle industry
- In depth product knowledge relevant to the product range Previous experience in a call center / telesales environment/retail store/wholesaler in the automotive sector
