Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, growth, and sunset. Define product vision, roadmap, and value proposition aligned with business strategy. Gather and prioritise requirements from customers, sales, support, and leadership. Translate market and customer insights into clear product requirements and briefs. Work closely with engineering/technical teams to deliver on roadmap commitments. Manage product pricing, packaging, and positioning. Monitor product performance, adoption, and profitability; recommend improvements. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute marketing strategies for IT products and services. Plan and manage product launches, including messaging, collateral, and campaigns. Create clear, compelling value propositions and positioning for target segments. Oversee content creation (website, product sheets, case studies, demos, presentations). Manage digital marketing initiatives (email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns). Collaborate with sales teams to enable effective selling (sales decks, training, tools). Track campaign performance and ROI; optimise based on data and insights. Market & Customer Insight
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring. Identify customer pain points and unmet needs in the IT landscape. Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform decisions. Stay up to date with technology trends, platforms, and industry best practices. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the key liaison between marketing, sales, product development, and support. Present product and marketing updates to leadership and stakeholders. Support sales and partner channels with product knowledge and positioning.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field. 37+ years experience in product management, product marketing, or IT marketing. Experience within an IT, software, SaaS, or technology-driven environment. Proven track record of launching and managing products successfully.
