General office administration, filing, and record-keeping Data capturing and updating property listings and client information Handling correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries Assisting with contracts, mandates, and property documentation Scheduling appointments, viewings, and meetings Supporting management and agents with administrative tasks Marketing Support:
Assisting with property marketing listings on online portals and company platforms Updating social media pages and basic digital marketing content Preparing marketing material (property flyers, brochures, adverts) Coordinating signage, photography, and marketing campaigns Ensuring brand and corporate identity compliance Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) essential Previous administration experience (property industry advantageous) Computer literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic understanding of online marketing and social media platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and organisational ability Ability to multitask and work under pressure Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
