Description:Provide administrative and operational support to management Assist with day-to-day office management and coordination Prepare, maintain, and analyse Excel spreadsheets and reports Capture, process, and reconcile information using Pastel Accounting Support financial administration, including basic bookkeeping tasks Assist colleagues as required and contribute across departments Ensure deadlines are met in a high-pressure environment Maintain accurate records and organised filing systems Requirements:
Grade 12 Proven experience in an administrative and/or assistant management role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, reporting) Working knowledge of Pastel Accounting (essential) Strong organisational and multitasking ability Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Confident, assertive personality with a strong work ethic Willingness to assist wherever required and take initiative Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
