Requirements / Qualifications:BTech or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) Marketing and/or Finance qualification advantageous Strong PC literacy Minimum 8 years industry experience with exposure to finance and staff management At least 5 years successful experience managing a department of similar size Strong technical background Proven leadership and people management skills Strong business, financial, and customer focus
