Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Agent / Construction Supervisor to manage the construction of a new art/paint shop, including site supervision, coordination, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
- Coordinate contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to management
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage site documentation, reports, and material orders
Minimum Requirements:
- Option 1: BSc Construction Management (Hons) – minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Option 2: BSc Construction Management – minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
- Option 3: National Diploma (3 Years) in Construction/Building – minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience managing medium-scale construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
