Location: Randburg – Castrol Auto Service
Salary: R168,000 – R240,000 annually (depending on experience)
Join our team at Castrol Auto Service Randburg! We’re looking for a passionate and professional Workshop Service Advisor who is ready to deliver top-tier customer service in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Experience is a bonus, and we will provide additional training to the right candidate. If you’ve got excellent telephone etiquette, strong communication skills, and know how to stay calm under pressure, we want to hear from you!
Your daily duties will include:
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Opening job cards and coordinating with technicians
• Providing updates and timelines to customers
• Answering calls professionally
• Helping resolve any customer concerns
• Supporting workshop admin and bookings
We’re looking for someone who’s:
• Well-spoken and confident
• Friendly and approachable
• Able to multitask and problem-solve
• Matric certified (minimum)
