We're a leading office product supplier looking for driven and results-oriented Telesales Representatives to join our team. If you're a people person with a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote office products, office machinery and office furniture
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of telesales experience
- Previous experience in the Office Product industry is essential
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Matric or equivalent qualification
