REQUIREMENTSMatric Proven experience in internal sales, preferably within the glass, aluminium, or building materials industry Strong understanding of wholesale sales processes, customer service, and order management Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills to manage quotes, sales orders, and follow-ups effectively A proactive, customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills and a willingness to go the extra mile
DUTIES
Internal Sales and assisting External salesperson Tracking sales orders and following up on quotes Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients Identify new customers and forward to External Sales Reaching sales quotas and goals Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities Brining new customers to increase customer base. Debtors management
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
