Minimum 5+ years software engineering + 12 years leadership/mentorship within an Agile SDLC environment
Strong technical decisionâ??makingable to balance delivery pressure with architectural integrity
Confident collaborator who navigates teams, stakeholders and blockers like a calm captain in extra time
Qualification:
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, IS or equivalent deep engineering experience.
