Description:
Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience
Minimum 3+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role
Strong background in backend and/or full-stack development
Solid understanding of system architecture and design patterns
Experience making sound trade-offs between speed, quality, and scalability
Strong communication skills and the ability to guide technical decisions
