We’re looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our FX team!

What you'll be doing:
? Dive deep into the heart of our business, mastering operational workflows for our cutting-edge Forex products ? Assist in crafting slick, crystal-clear SOPs for our business units ? Spot inefficiencies and suggest smarter, faster ways to work (your ideas count!) ? Team up with Operations, Tech, Compliance & Client Services to make our processes bulletproof ?? Hands-on in testing new tools and systems, bringing fresh feedback to the table ? Monitor, report, and keep everyone in the loop on improvement initiatives ? ? A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Must be completed) ? 1-2 years’ experience in operations or business support (bonus points for financial services know-how!) ?
